ICPF2026 is the 9th International Conference on Pumps and Fans (ICPF), organized by Lanzhou University of Technology, and Tsinghua University. It has developed from the first international conference on pumps and fans at Tsinghua University in 1992. After that the conference was held in Beijing (1995, 1998, 2002), Hangzhou (2010), Beijing (2013), Hangzhou (2015), and Yangzhou(2024).
The aim is to offer a platform for researchers, engineers, and students to share the most recent advancements in the realms of pumps, compressors, fans, turbochargers, and related systems. Emphasis is placed on presenting ongoing work with a concise timeline, encouraging discourse on encountered challenges.
The scope of interest includes theoretical research, design, application, digitalization, and intelligence within the domains of pumps, compressors, fans, and turbochargers. This encompasses, but is not confined to, design methodologies, theoretical analyses, experimental studies, numerical simulations, performance characteristics, mechanical dynamics, cavitation, and application analyses. The range of machinery types may also extend to specific components of fluid machines, such as inlets, guide vanes, diffusers, nozzles, valves, bearings, seals, etc.
The conference proceedings will appear in the open access volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) after the peer review process (Proceedings Peer Review Policy) which will be indexed by EI Compendex, The indexing information is:
